Qritter+ Subscription Terms

Qritter is provided by Vincent Kok and offers a free version and optional Qritter+ monthly or yearly subscriptions. Check the offer in the app and at store checkout for the included features and any usage limits before subscribing.

The local price, currency, applicable tax information and billing period displayed at Google Play or Apple checkout apply to your purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly; annual subscriptions are charged annually.

Subscriptions renew automatically and the store charges your payment method for the next billing period unless you cancel before the deadline shown by the store. Check your store subscription settings for your renewal date and cancellation deadline.

Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial where offered. Eligibility and the applicable offer are shown at checkout.

The trial automatically becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before the store’s cancellation deadline. Check the checkout details for the first charge, billing period and deadline. Cancel through Google Play or Apple in time to avoid that charge.

Manage or cancel your subscription in the store account used to purchase it: in Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on Apple devices, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Follow the store’s instructions and check the confirmation.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to store rules; trial access may end on cancellation under those rules.

Deleting Qritter or deleting your Qritter account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in the store.

For Google Play purchases, restore access through the Play Store using the Google account used for the purchase. For Apple purchases, use Apple’s purchase restoration process with the Apple Account used for the purchase. If access is not restored, contact us with your purchase details, but never send passwords or full payment card details.

Request refunds through Google Play or Apple according to the purchasing store’s process. Refund eligibility is subject to store rules and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for services that do not conform to the contract. Store policies do not replace those rights.

AI photo identification has usage limits and can be incorrect. Check the limits shown in the app and verify identifications before relying on them. Identification results are not a guarantee of species, safety or suitability for handling or consumption.

Wildlife maps and hotspots provide information, not a guarantee of animal sightings or safe or lawful access. Check local conditions, permissions and access restrictions, respect wildlife, and use your own judgement.
