Delete your account and data
You can request permanent deletion of your Qritter account and associated cloud data at any time.
- Send the request from your account email address If possible, use the same email address you used to register with Qritter.
- Confirm that the account belongs to you We may ask you to confirm your request. Never include your password.
- We complete the deletion After verification, we delete your account and associated Qritter cloud data within 30 days.
We acknowledge enquiries and take them up within 5 working days. This is not a promise to resolve every request within that period; applicable statutory deadlines still apply.
Deleting the app or your Qritter account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately through Google Play or Apple. See the Qritter+ Subscription Terms.
What is deleted?
- Your Qritter account and sign-in data.
- Your synchronized profile and preferences.
- Your synchronized observations, locations, and photos.
- Your synchronized wishlist, goals, progress, and social connections.
What is not deleted immediately?
We cannot remotely erase data stored only on your phone. To remove it, uninstall Qritter or clear the app data in your Android settings.
Limited security logs and technical backups may remain for up to 90 days. Data that must be retained by law is kept only for that purpose.
Account deletion is permanent. Export or make a note of any data you want to keep before submitting your request.
